You Aren’t Broken & You Don’t Need to be Fixed (And Neither are Your Clients)

As coaches, we either compare ourselves to others or are told we need to “more of” or “less of” to be successful. But the truth is that we aren’t broken and we don’t need fixed. Instead of fitting into the mold of others, we need to embrace what makes us unique and we need to find adaptors, connectors, translators. This session is for anyone who wants to tap into their innate genius and use it as a jumping off point for coaching others in an even more impactful and powerful way. And then help their clients lean into their innate superpowers.
