Colin has over 30 years of progressive business management experience in leadership development, information technology management, customer service and strategic planning. 

He specializes in working with leaders and teams through the change they need to maximize effective performance and growth.  Colin approaches leadership development and executive coaching with a keen understanding of how to identify, develop, and guide top performers for a range of business enterprises. 

 Marie is a highly energetic and engaged senior leader with extensive experience in organizational change initiatives, leadership coaching, program management, training ,and  compliance. She is known for influencing individuals, driving diverse teams to meet business goals, designing and facilitating training, and overseeing projects to impact the workplace positively. Marie is adept at creating and managing large-scale training, policy development and implementation, and process improvements.

 Chris Hagood consistently delivers impactful, transformational strategies that identify diverse human capital needs while strategically matching those needs with proven solutions. Chris has always been passionate about delivering workable solutions that generate results and ensure that the right people are fit for the right work. He holds a B.S. in Business Management, an MBA, and has been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since 2015. 

 Randy is an energetic self-starter with an infectious enthusiasm for making things better every day. As an experienced coach and leader, he has the innate ability to put others at ease and inspire personal growth. He is a visionary and has  deep experience in strategy, futures, learning environments, and innovation. Over his career, he has a proven record of leading/orchestrating multi-functional organizations of up to 1,000. He is sought out to facilitate and influence large/small-group dialogue w/Directors, VPs, C-Suite executives.

 Marianita is a seasoned professional in leadership coaching and training, team coaching and building, staff and Board retreats, facilitation, and  conflict resolution, plus all facets of business development, marketing and advancement disciplines.  Her strengths include active listening, presentation skills, perseverance, and commitment to the mission and goals of the organization and client. Values honesty, diversity, inclusion, equity, trust and safety within the coaching relationship. Adheres to ICF’s core competencies and code of ethics. Emphasis on coaching mid to senior level executives.

 Mark assists individuals and teams identify, understand, and leverage their GIFTS / STRENGTHS and discover how they can maximize performance and personal contentment. Throughout his business career where he spent 24+ years within Fortune 500 companies, he has always loved being an advisor, catalyst, coach, connector, influencer, pioneer, stimulator and teacher. One of his favorite philosophies is around the concept of karma...sowing positive seeds will - over time - produce positive outcomes as evidenced by his frequent appearances for career-focused webinars created especially for Boston University & Emory alumni associations.  

Janean is a results-driven former Talent Acquisition Executive Leader with over 20 years of experience with demonstrated strength in executive, corporate and consulting environments. She has a wide-range of experience in full life cycle recruiting, succession planning, leadership development and coaching, workforce planning, account and project management, system implementations, change management, process improvement and optimization.

In addition to her business experience, Janean volunteers her time with local and global non-profit organizations including Child Advocates where she is a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem for children in the foster care system.

 Excelling as a professional coach, trainer, and consultant, Kelvin specializes in resilience training. He teaches individuals, teams, and organizations how to navigate adversity, embrace life's uncertainties, and foster growth. Beyond his professional sphere, Kelvin is deeply committed to community service, actively engaging in volunteer work and mentoring. His unique blend of public service, stoic wisdom, and impactful coaching has profoundly influenced countless lives. 

Eddrick Martin has vast experience working with nonprofit organizations in which he has provided leadership in various capacities. He has led, developed, and implemented trainings ranging from leadership skills, organizational effectiveness, volunteer and stakeholder development, and more. His vast experience and success in board development, program and organizational leadership, best practices, and outcomes has helped grow, develop, and improve multiple organizations. 

Tim specializes in executive/leadership coaching, strategic communications, change management, organization development, and leadership development. This draws from 25 years of corporate communications experience, a doctorate in Human and Organization Development, an MBA, and rigorous professional coach training and certification. Leadership/business coaching to support both individual and group transformation, for all levels.
