Falling victim to such scenarios is why it’s crucial to be prepared before a job interview with a list of foolproof questions you can ask to wow the interviewer when they open the floor to questions you may have. 3. What Would Success/Failure Look Like?
To determine the expectations for the role and if they are reasonable or not, ask, “What would success/failure look like for this role in 90 days?” If your goal is to understand more about the company culture, ask, “What do you appreciate about the company and its culture?” To demonstrate your business acumen, “What are the top strategic priorities, and how does this role directly support them?” – Kristy Busija, Next Conversation Coaching, LLC
