Everyone has been there—that moment during a job interview when the interviewer asks if you have any questions for them. Maybe you found yourself frozen like a deer in headlights, at a complete loss for words. Or, perhaps even worse, you asked a question that had an obvious answer or had already been answered.

Falling victim to such scenarios is why it’s crucial to be prepared before a job interview with a list of foolproof questions you can ask to wow the interviewer when they open the floor to questions you may have. 3. What Would Success/Failure Look Like?
